We�re looking for a driven and experienced Land Development PM to lead civil site development for residential, commercial, and retail projects. If you're a self-starter who can manage projects from concept to completion and support business development, we want to talk to you!
8�15 years of civil/site design experience
Strong in site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater
Able to manage full-cycle projects
AutoCAD required (Civil 3D not used)
P.E. preferred but open to strong non-P.E. candidates
Comfortable with client interaction, plan review, and contract negotiation
Remote options within Florida available
Local preferred, open to relocation
