About Us

Leading precast erection company specializing in constructing high-quality precast parking garages. We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Foreman with cast-in-place form setting expertise to oversee and lead our structural concrete projects.

Job Responsibilities

� Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate form setting.

� Plan and execute daily on-site operations, ensuring efficient and precise concrete work.

� Lead and supervise a crew, delegating tasks to maintain productivity and quality.

� Ensure proper placement of reinforcing steel, concrete pours, and finishing operations.

� Oversee job site safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

� Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

� Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formwork, concrete placement, and site operations.

� Maintain daily paperwork such as timecards, field reports, and job diaries.

� Keep strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

� 5-10 years of experience in structural cast-in-place concrete form setting.

� MUST speak Spanish (English is a plus but not required).

� Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in concrete construction.

� Strong knowledge of formwork systems, concrete materials, and finishing techniques.

� Experience managing subcontractors and direct-hire workforce.

� Ability to read blueprints and specifications to ensure proper execution.

� Familiarity with OSHA regulations and best practices in construction safety.

� Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.

� Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.

� Earn up to $2,500 per week, based on experience
