Wide Effect is seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman to lead a small team (4�5 crew members) for a 6-8 week project in the Detroit, MI area. Position is starting at $40/hr. + OT if necessary (food and lodging provided).

Key Responsibilities:
� Supervise a 4�5 person crew on-site during columbarium niche cabinet installations.
� Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality throughout all phases of installation.
� Coordinate with crane operators, truck drivers, and other trades for site access and rigging operations.
� Read and interpret shop drawings, layout plans, and specifications to ensure correct placement.
� Lead layout, leveling, and shimming processes to achieve proper alignment and tolerances.
� Conduct crew huddles, safety meetings, and task reviews each workday.
� Maintain communication with the Project Manager and document progress with notes and photos.
� Assist in training crew members on precast setting techniques as needed (training support and SOP provided).
� Manage tools, rigging, and materials on-site and ensure equipment is used properly.
