Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to supervise construction sites with a strong understanding of building processes. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for effective project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee a crew of up to 20 people while working in wet conditions, digging up to 40 feet deep. A solid understanding of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential for this position. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively are crucial.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all work meets project specifications and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
