Carpenters needed for a remodeling residential muti-family duplex project in Cleveland, OH. Duties will include rough wood framing, installing new beams, joist hangers, subfloor, walls, doors. You must be able to take direction, work independently and oversee one apprentice. Experience installing exterior siding, setting windows, hanging drywall is preferred, but not required. You must have hand tools of the trade, nail gun, and basic PPE gear. You may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check upon arrival.

Journeyman carpenter: pay up to $32/hr
