Position: Traveling Site Safety Representative
Location: Nationwide Travel (100%)
Pay: $30�$36/hr (Based on Experience)
Per Diem: $68/day (7 days/week)
Hotel Covered
Schedule: 50�58 hours/week
Type: Temp-to-Direct Hire

Potential first project in Baltimore Maryland area.


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Safety Representative to travel full-time across the U.S. supporting nationwide construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, with an emphasis on site safety compliance, hazard mitigation, and promoting a safety-first culture.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours and long-term potential for growth with a reputable firm.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety policies across job sites

Conduct daily safety meetings, site inspections, and incident investigations

Support field teams with job hazard analysis and safe work practices

Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to proactively address risks

Maintain detailed safety documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Must have construction site experience (conveyor installation experience a plus)

Looking for someone with OSHA 510 or 500 certification, CHST, etc.

Ability to travel 100% of the time nationwide

Must be able to work 50�58 hours/week

Strong communication and leadership skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
