Responsible for estimating large and small capital projects, both lump sum and reimbursable
Mentor and train younger engineers in estimate development requirements, and scope breakdowns into applicable work packages
Serve as point of contact for procurement in inquiries, as well as cost tracking ongoing projects
Experience with Kbase Estimating Software
10+ years experience in refining or chemical manufacturing
Experience estimating permit durations and capital project spend.
