We�re looking for a proactive and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team in the precast concrete erection industry. This role is critical in maintaining a safe work environment on job sites and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and minimizing risks associated with construction activities. This role requires strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) standards, OSHA regulations, and effective risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all jobsite safety operations for precast erection crews

Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance

Lead daily safety meetings and enforce job hazard analysis (JHA) protocols

Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare detailed reports

Maintain safety records and ensure timely submission of documentation

Collaborate with field supervisors and project managers to promote a culture of safety

Conduct onboarding safety orientations for new hires

Requirements:
5+ years of safety experience in construction (precast preferred)

Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite hazard controls

Excellent communication and leadership skills

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Ability to travel between job sites as needed

Bilingual (English/Spanish)is a MUST***
