In this role, you will coordinate and support completions certification activities and turnover/handover for a project, through construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the program. You will liaise with stakeholders to identify gaps in upcoming packages and focus on areas to support the completions effort. Your work will help ensure projects are completed on time and meet contractual requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
� Ensures coordination of activities supporting completions certification and turnover/handover for the project, through construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the program
� Liaises with the project staff and stakeholders in construction and CSU to determine turnover and handover requirements
� Ensures review of contractor or contract required certification structures and schedules for the construction, commissioning and handover phases of the project and ensures alignment with project milestones and schedules
� Monitors the production of contractor certification deliverables
