Trillium Construction is hiring for a Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installations at data centers in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines, IA. Annual salary is between $120,000 - $160,000, plus per diem, lodging accommodations, benefits, PTO, and other perks!

Duties:
-Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout at data centers
-Maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
-Coordinate daily/weekly work plans and labor oversight
-Communicate effectively with field staff, vendors, GCs, and customers
-Ensure quality and safety compliance on all phases of the project

Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent
-Proven success managing large-scale projects on time and within budget
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, and contracts
-Mission critical project experience strongly preferred
-Valid driver's license and insurability for travel
