Trillium Construction is now hiring an Assistant Field Manager (Project Engineer) to support complex Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) projects across the U.S. This is a travel-intensive role with up to 75% domestic and international travel.

You will support field operations, project coordination, material logistics, documentation, and technical communication across design, manufacturing, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of ASRS installation projects

Track costs, change orders, and budget updates

Coordinate drawings, materials, and vendor logistics

Provide field-based technical support and documentation

Oversee RFIs, RFQs, change orders, permits, and contractor compliance

Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed

Support communication between design, procurement, and construction teams

Contribute to successful project closeout and documentation

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $75,000�$90,000/year depending on experience

Per diem for travel
