🎨 Job Opening: Painter � Interior Projects
📍 Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
💵 Pay Range: $20 � $25/hour

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Execute interior painting projects across school facilities with precision and speed under tight deadlines
Strip old paint using scrapers, putty knives, and 3-in-1 tools to prep surfaces
Caulk cracks, fill holes, and smooth imperfections for a flawless finish
Protect surrounding areas using tarps, drop cloths, and painter�s tape
Apply paint using brushes and rollers for consistent, professional coverage
Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each project phase
Adapt to challenging conditions including non-air-conditioned environments and limited site access
Demonstrate strong time management and self-direction in a fast-paced setting
⏰ Work Schedule & Conditions:
Full-time: Monday�Sunday, 6:00 AM � 6:00 PM (11.5 paid hours/day)
Includes two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch
Closed-site policy: Must remain on-site during work hours
Cool-down rooms available during extreme heat
