PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking a reliable Electrician / Systems Technician to support large-scale commercial HVAC upgrades at a retail site in Warsaw, IN. You�ll play a key role in the safe removal and installation of HVAC systems, running conduit, and connecting power, lighting, and control circuits.

Responsibilities:
Demo and remove existing HVAC systems

Install IMC pipe and related power/lighting systems

Connect low-voltage and high-voltage components (motors, VFDs, single and multiphase)

Test circuits and equipment using electrical diagnostic tools

Inspect and adjust HVAC and electrical components for safe operation

Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local building codes

Requirements:
3�5 years of commercial electrical experience (including 110V, 220V, and 480V)

Familiarity with control circuits and diagnostic tools

Ability to lift up to 90 lbs

Able to stand for long periods, bend, squat, and climb ladders

Strong understanding of safety practices and job site etiquette
