Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Superintendent to help oversee the installation of insulated metal panels (IMP) on a large-scale commercial project in Nashville, TN! Hourly pay is between $40/hr - $45/hr (can potentially go higher depending on experience), plus per diem!

Duties:
- Lead and supervise all on-site IMP installation activities from layout to finish.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor field productivity and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to direct installation crews accurately.
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and inventory of materials.
- Inspect and verify that all IMP work meets project plans, codes, and quality standards.
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial insulated metal panel installation, including 3+ years as a superintendent.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale IMP projects in commercial construction (e.g., hospitals, hotels, corporate campuses).
- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage large crews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction documents.
- Proficient with construction technology tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
