Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Shop Pipe Welder to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a full-time, local position with no travel required. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of pipe welding experience, including proficiency in TIG welding. Candidates must be able to pass a TIG welding test as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on pipe in a shop environment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications

Set up welding machines based on job requirements

Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards

Collaborate with shop team to meet production goals and deadlines

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe welding

Proficient in TIG welding on various materials

Ability to pass a TIG welding test

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Authorized to work in the U.S.
