Position: Pipe Welder/Fitter
Location: Ghent, KY 41045
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday�Friday, 40 hours/week with occasional Saturdays
$28 to $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform pipe fitting and stick welding on carbon and stainless steel piping systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs.

Cut, bevel, and prepare piping using proper tools and methods.

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and effectively.

Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specification.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

6G Weld Certification (SMAW required)

OSHA 10 Certification

3+ years of pipe welding/fitting experience preferred

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols

Must pass a weld test including:

2" Carbon Steel TIG

2" Stainless Steel TIG

8" Stick Welding

Strong understanding of job site safety and proper use of PPE

Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
