The planner/scheduler will be assigned to the project full-time, taking direction from the assigned project supervisor with GBU functional oversight for processes and procedures. This role performs construction schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities with a focus on the UPSTREAM area.
Responsible for scheduling and planning activities for large or major projects with significant non-routine requirements; discipline/project/integrated project scheduling activities, including potential interface with owner and other design contractors/vendors, that require a high degree of technical skill and experience.
Supports/performs 90-day lookahead (Work Front Analysis) and 3WKLA (3-week lookahead) schedule activities for their respective area, plus progress variance assessments.
