We are partnering up with the primary contractor for construction of the, $4.5.B Eli Lilly Medicine Foundry construction project in Lebanon, IN. They are seeking an experienced Construction Cost/Contract Manager to join their team.

• Long term opportunity, 3+ year project working as a Construction Cost/Contract Manager for the primary contractor onsite the $4.5B Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical construction project in Lebanon, IN
• Competitive Hourly Rate and Per Diem (if applicable) offered.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in cost management/contract management for large-scale construction projects at least $100M+
• In-depth knowledge of EPCM contract structures
• Strong experience with tools like SAP, Ariba, etc
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Deep understanding of regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance in construction
