What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating heavy equipment (Dozers, Track Hoes, Excavators, Skid Steers, etc.)

Strong safety record and commitment to following all safety protocols

Experience installing storm drain systems preferred

Ability to handle physically demanding work and operate in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Solid work history that shows reliability, stability, and teamwork

What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and maintain heavy equipment including loaders, dozers, excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks safely and efficiently

Assist with grading, trenching, pipelaying, material handling, and site preparation

Load, move, and distribute materials in accordance with project plans and safety guidelines

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications as needed

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure high-quality, on-time project completion
