Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Industrial Coating Technicians for an 09/08/2025 start in Philadelphia, PA!

WEEKLY PAY! PER DIEM!

PAY: $23-$26/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $125/day worked
HOURS: Shift will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm
START DATE: Monday 09/08/2025
DURATION: 1 week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Coatings Technician to assist with our project. This role involves surface preparation, application of various coating systems, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
--Prepare and install industrial coating systems on equipment and structural surfaces.
--Follow proper surface preparation best practices.
--Comply with all site safety requirements (hot work, lockout/tagout, confined space, working at heights, etc.).
--Maintain the highest quality execution and safety standards.
--Communicate daily job progress with the Construction Manager.
--Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
--Follow company policies and procedures.
--Provide occasional support in the ASME fabrication/machine shop (bending, cutting parts, shop organization, material handling).

Qualifications:
--Previous experience in industrial coating/painting.
--OSHA 30 is a plus!
--Proficient in using hand and power tools.
--Valid driver's license.
--Ability to bend, walk, stand, or kneel for extended periods.
--Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
--Strong integrity and work ethic.
--Ability to pass customer-specific safety and regulatory training (confined space, respirator fit test, chemical safety training)
--PPE required including: hard hat, steel toe boots, ear and eye protection and Flame Resistant Clothing!

Requirements:
--Must be eligible to work in the United States.
--Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
--Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
