Synergy labor is looking for a Solar Installer Foreman to direct a crew of 5 on various sites in the Indianapolis area.

Duties include :

Lead the installer crew on-site
Act as the primary point of contact for project managers and inspectors
Oversee quality control and adherence to safety protocols
Delegate daily tasks and monitor progress
Train and supervise apprentices and new team members
This is a contract position that will run until December, but could become a permanent placement for the right candidate.

* $40 hr
* $100 per diem
* 40-50 hours a week
