Job Title: Traveling Electrical Supervisor – Commercial & Industrial Projects
Location: Nationwide Travel (U.S.)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Supervisor to lead commercial and industrial electrical crews across large-scale projects nationwide. This position is responsible for overseeing 10+ electricians on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while keeping projects on schedule. Projects typically run from 1 month to 1 year in duration, with consistent 50–60 hour work weeks.
This role is ideal for supervisors who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy traveling from project to project.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate crews of 10+ electricians on commercial and industrial job sites.
Manage daily operations, schedules, and productivity to meet project deadlines.
Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards, NEC codes, and company policies.
Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and site leadership.
Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and enforce site safety programs.
Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide installations.
Track materials, equipment, and labor usage; assist with project reporting.
Mentor and train team members to maintain a high standard of quality.
Qualifications
5+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Proven background managing crews of 10+ on commercial or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and electrical installation best practices.
Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long-term assignments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
OSHA 30 (preferred).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
