Trillium Construction is seeking a Concrete Foreman/Finisher for a project in Duluth, MN and surrounding areas!

The Foreman will do commercial & civil flatwork, as well as pouring, forming, and finishing foundations, including sidewalks, hand curb & gutter, and ADA ramps.

Pay rate is up to $70/hour plus Per Diem: $115 / day for all 7 days. Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week.

Qualifications
-Pre-employment screenings
-Must be Bi-Lingual
-3+ years as a Flatwork Foreman
-Excellent time management skills
-Proven experience in pouring, forming and finishing foundations, flatwork, and HAND curb & gutter
-Prioritize work & assign crew members to appropriate jobsites and tasks.
-Ability to run a crew that shows up on time (zero tolerance policy towards absences and being late)
-Make sure all work meets specify quality control guidelines
-Train new employees onsite, delegate clearly and effectively, take pride in appearance of jobsite, crew, and equipment
-Ability to lead without yelling, and communicate effectively with your crew, the Superintendent, and other contractors
-Valid driver�s license, reliable transportation, ability to DRIVE to Duluth, MN, and other locations in NE Minnesota and NW Wisconsin
ACI Finisher Flatwork Certification highly preferred
