We are currently seeking an experienced General Superintendent to join our team and oversee Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects in the Tulsa, OK and surrounding area. Qualified applicants should live in the Tulsa area or be willing to relocate. Position Highlights:

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Bonus: Up to 10% of annual income (performance-based)

Qualifications:

Previous General Superintendent experience with PEMB projects
Multiple Building manufacturer experience is a plus
15 years of construction experience required
Previous experience with managing multiple on site superintendents across multiple projects
Ensure that all safety, scheduling, quality control, site cleanliness and contractor relations are all up to company standards.
Maintains and monitors job schedule as to crew, material, equipment and coordinates requirements with management weekly
Maintains Working relationship with customer / GC And monitors customer satisfaction
Oversee project working schedules and develops detailed look ahead schedules for on site coordination of Labor
Work directly with Customers, Architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and office personnel
Travel to job sites daily
Work occasional evenings or weekends if necessary for Special Situations
Standing seam re-roofing experience preferred (remove & reroof and metal over metal)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be based in the Tulsa, OK area or willing to relocate (Relocation expenses Not covered)
Small amount of travel may be required just outside of the Tulsa area, all expenses paid
