NCW is seeking an experienced Solar Foreman for work near Springfield, IL. Must have 6+ yrs of solar experience; 2+ of that being in a supervision role. You will be responsible for tracking daily progress of post installs, recording daily log of manpower hours, communicating with other supervision, etc.

- $35/hr + $100 per diem (per diem on days worked)
- 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri)
- 3+ months of work
