About the Job
We are building a team of skilled electricians to support upcoming solar installation projects across New York. These projects involve electrical work tied to renewable energy systems, focusing on safe and efficient solar panel installations.

Essential Duties
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for solar projects
• Work with conduit, wiring, panels, and inverters
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings
• Follow safety standards and electrical codes on all worksites

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous electrical experience required (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Solar installation experience a plus but not required
• Must have hand tools for electrical tasks
• Reliable transportation to jobsites within New York
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team
