Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operators – New York

About the Job
We are building a workforce of experienced heavy equipment operators for upcoming construction projects across New York. These projects may include earthmoving, site prep, utility installation, and related construction activities.

Essential Duties
• Safely operate equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, or backhoes
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work with site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Follow site plans, grade specifications, and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment required
• Ability to read site plans and follow directions
• Must have reliable transportation to jobsites within New York
• Certifications (OSHA, NCCER, equipment-specific) are a plus
