Workify Staffing is seeking experienced HVAC Duct Installers for upcoming commercial projects around the Phoenix area. If you know your way around sheet metal, can handle ductwork of all shapes and sizes, and thrive in fast-paced environments,we want to hear from you.

Pay & Details:
- Top Pay: Up to $31/hr (based on experience and skill level)
- Per Diem: Not offered
- Location: Phoenix Metro, AZ
- Schedule: Full-time, consistent hours

What You'll Be Doing:
- Install and secure rectangular, spiral, and flex ductwork across commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Perform on-site alterations of duct components (a major plus)
- Ensure proper sealing, support, and alignment of duct systems
- Collaborate with foremen and other trades to meet project timelines

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC duct installation
- Ability to work with various duct materials and configurations
- Skilled in sheet metal layout, cutting, and assembly
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work
