Workify Staffing is building out crews for a wave of new commercial construction projects across the Phoenix metro area. From hospitals and restaurants to office spaces and retail builds, we're looking for experienced carpenters who know how to deliver precision and quality in high-demand environments.

Top Pay is $31/hr.

No Per diem is offered.

Scope of Work:
- Frame, install, and finish walls, doors, ceilings, and fixtures in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Work with metal studs, wood framing, blocking, and backing
- Collaborate with other trades to meet project milestones
- Maintain high standards of safety, precision, and professionalism

Ideal Candidates:
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry
- Comfortable working in active healthcare, retail, and office environments
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have tools and reliable transportation
