Trillium Construction is seeking Equipment Operators for a project in Fort Benning, GA.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate Volvo 380 for structural demolition, material handling, and site clearing.
• Perform controlled demolition of buildings and infrastructure per engineered plans and military requirements.
• Load demolition debris into haul trucks or designated containers.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
• Work collaboratively with ground crews and other heavy equipment operators.
• Maintain logs of operations, inspections, and incidents.
• Navigate work in secure, active military base environments while maintaining operational discipline and professionalism.

Pay rate is $32/hour plus Per Diem: $25 / day, hotel paid. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 50h / week.
