Experience managing electrical scope on large commercial or mission-critical projects
Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, change management, and coordination
Ability to lead teams, interface with clients, and drive projects to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Data Center construction experience required or strongly preferred
5�10+ years in the electrical contracting or construction industry
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage crews or full project scope
Familiarity with construction schedules, drawings, and technical specs
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities
