Superior Skilled Trades is Hiring Building Erectors (PEMB) for a project in De Pere, WI.

PAY: $34.00/hour (based on experience)
PER DIEM: $120/days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 8- 10-hour workdays (Plus Overtime), 5 days per week
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday hours: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
START DATE: 9/29/2025

We are seeking experienced Steel Building Framers/Erectors with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) erection. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience working on large-scale commercial metal buildings, warehouses, detached garages, and similar structures. Candidates must be skilled in bolting connections, setting beams, and installing metal panels while working safely and efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
--Erect pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) including warehouses, garages, and commercial/industrial structures
--Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
--Drill into concrete and securely attach steel framing beams and structural components
--Perform bolting connections, beam setting, and metal panel installation
--Use hand and power tools for framing, installation, and assembly
--Raise, position, and secure steel/metal beams, columns, and other structural elements
--Assist with concrete work and general construction labor as needed
--Maintain a strong focus on safety and follow all site-specific safety guidelines

Requirements:
--Minimum 4 years of experience erecting prefab steel/PEMB buildings
--Skilled in bolting connections, beam setting, and metal panel installation
--Proficient in reading blueprints and working from technical drawings
--Experience drilling into concrete and fastening steel framing
--Mechanically inclined with strong power tool proficiency
--Physically able to lift, carry, and perform strenuous work in all weather conditions
--Comfortable working at heights and with heavy structural materials
--Strong teamwork and communication skills
--This position requires safe usage of PPE, including steel-toe work boots, a hard hat, gloves, high high-visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses.

--Must be eligible to work in the United States
--Must have reliable transportation to the job site
--Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
