Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Finish Carpenters for high-quality commercial projects in Denmark, WI.

WEEKLY PAY --- PER DIEM

Pay: $30 to $35 per hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $120 per workday
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (OT and weekends as needed)
Start Date: 9/29/2025

Project Length: 6-8 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
--Install trim, crown molding, baseboards, casing, wainscoting, and cabinetry with expert precision
--Execute detailed finish work including doors, windows, hardware, and stair components (railings, balusters, treads, and risers)
--Construct and install custom millwork, shelving, built-ins, and decorative paneling
--Accurately cut, fit, and join wood pieces to create clean, seamless finishes
--Perform sanding, staining, painting prep, and other surface treatments to achieve polished results
--Align and level doors, drawers, and cabinetry for proper function and appearance
--Repair, adjust, and fine-tune existing finish carpentry work as needed
--Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and finish schedules
--Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, laminates, veneer, and manufactured wood products
--Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure high-quality completion within schedule
--Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times

Requirements:
--Minimum 4-5 years of carpentry experience, with a strong emphasis on finish and detail work
--Experience with steel studs a plus
--Proven ability to deliver high-end, commercial-grade results
--Strong knowledge of tools, fasteners, adhesives, and finishing techniques
--Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and finish specs
--Own basic hand tools required (power tools preferred)
--Reliable transportation required
--Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
--Job requires proper use of PPE: work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
