360X Staffing is hiring for Licensed Electricians in New Town, ND.

Pay: $45-50/hr + $170 daily per diem for days worked

We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician to support ongoing industrial and energy sector projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while ensuring all work meets safety and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, motors, and control panels

Read, interpret, and execute electrical blueprints and schematics

Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications

Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other trades

Maintain required documentation of completed work

Follow and promote strict safety protocols in high-risk environments

Requirements:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license in North Dakota (or reciprocal state)

4+ years of industrial or energy-sector electrical experience

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Experience with switchgear, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA 30 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in power plants, refineries, substations, or renewable energy projects

NFPA 70E training

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: 50+ hours per week
