Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Millwrights for a quick project in Madera, CA!

PER DIEM - OVERTIME!

PAY: $30-$34/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $125/day for days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 10-12-hour workdays for 5+ days (around 60 hours)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 5:30 pm
START DATE: 10/13/2025
DURATION: 5+ days (quick job)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to assist our team for equipment disassembly and replacement work at a glass manufacturing facility. This role requires mechanical expertise, precision, and a strong commitment to safety in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
--Perform repair, replacement, and installation of mechanical equipment at a glass factory
--Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery as needed
--Use precision tools and equipment to install, dismantle, and maintain machinery
--Follow all site-specific safety protocols and company procedures
--Work collaboratively with other maintenance and production staff to minimize downtime

Qualifications:
--Proven experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
--Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
--Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
--Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
--Safety-conscious and able to follow site-specific safety procedures
--Experience in glass manufacturing or heavy industrial environments (preferred)

--Must be eligible to work in the United States
--Must have reliable transportation to the job site
