Job Title: Journeyman Electrician Industrial Construction (Food Industry)
Location: Jefferson, WI
Pay: $25-$50/hr + $125 per diem every day (WEEKLY PAY)

Job Type: Full-Time | 1+ year contract | 1st & 2nd shift 6 days a week

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking skilled Journeyman/ Apprentice Electricians to support the electrical and low voltage scopes for a new industrial construction project in the food manufacturing sector. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of electrical installation tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and run conduit of various types: EMT, Rigid, PVC Coated Rigid, Stainless Steel.
Pull wire through installed conduits.
Install lighting fixtures and power devices.
Set up cable trays and pull tray cable.
Perform wire terminations.
Follow detailed electrical plans and schematics.
Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure timely completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols
no live wire work permitted; all tie-ins are planned with power shutdowns.

Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Electrician license (WI or reciprocal state).
4+ years of industrial electrical experience.
Proficient in conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Must have PPE and standard electrical tools

Apprentice Electricians:
Enrollment in a registered electrical apprenticeship program in WI or Reciprocal state
1+ years of experience preferred.
Willingness to learn and follow direction from Journeymen and Foremen.

Work Environment:
Industrial construction site.
Indoor and outdoor work conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts.
PPE required at all times.

Safety Commitment:
Our client does not permit live electrical work. All tasks are planned with safety as the top priority, including scheduled power shutdowns for tie-ins.
