A+ Lawn Care is a family-owned business in DeForest with consistent growth each year! We service the DeForest/Sun Prairie area for commercial snow removal and pride ourselves on our service.


We are currently hiring for Snow Removal Operators for the upcoming snow season, with a seasonal bonus. Must have experience operating in snow, including operating a plow truck or wheel loader or skid loader or tractor . Must have valid drivers license. Pay will be based on experience, $40-50. Full time winter only, seasonal only, full time or part time, also year round positions available. Depending on the position applied for, work could begin before snow or starting November 1st.


Potential for over time and bonuses.


Requirements:


Must have recent experience operating in snow, commercially (we don't do residential). Experience operating equipment such as a truck with a plow and salter, wheel loader with pusher, skidsteer with kage, tractor with bucket or blower.


Able to be on-call and work weekends and holidays when necessary due to weather - we can't control when mother nature decides to snow!


Must have reliable transportation to and from shop site in Deforest


Must have valid drivers license.


Reliable - able to show up on time. Our customers depend on us and we depend on you, which requires you to be on time and show up each snow event


Must take pride in your work - quality is key


Able to work in a very fast-paced environment


Able to follow direction and be self-motivated, as well as be a team-player


Able to lift 50 plus pounds as needed


Have a smart phone to communicate
