Role Summary:
Lead and perform electrical work including wiring, terminations, troubleshooting, and panel assembly for systems integration projects in both shop and field environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret schematics and specs to plan project timelines and staffing.
Estimate labor and material costs for proposals.
Procure materials and schedule personnel/subcontractors.
Supervise and train electricians and helpers.
Troubleshoot panels (with or without schematics).
Maintain documentation and ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and clients on progress.
