Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Heavy travel nationwide)
Pay: Up to $30/hr DOE + $30/day per diem + lodging provided
Hours: 40+ per week

Skillforce is hiring a Waterproofing / Caulking Lead Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects across the U.S. The Foreman will supervise installation and inspection of waterproofing, caulking, and sealant systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead installation of waterproofing systems, damp proofing, joint sealants, coatings, and expansion joints

Perform epoxy crack injection and concrete repairs

Inspect for leaks/failures and ensure quality standards

Read blueprints and enforce safety protocols

Requirements:

3+ years of waterproofing/caulking or related experience (supervisory preferred)

Hands-on experience with multiple sealant and barrier systems

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Willingness to travel extensively (home on weekends)

Strong leadership and communication skills
