Job Title: Structural Welder
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $135.00 per day worked 
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Perform structural welding on steel embeds, lifting hardware, connection plates, and reinforcement assemblies used in precast concrete production.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
Weld in accordance with AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code – Steel or other applicable standards.
Set up and operate MIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions as required.
Inspect welds visually for quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Maintain and clean welding equipment, cables, and work area.
Work collaboratively with the fabrication and production teams to meet daily goals and schedules.
Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements
Must possess a Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards.
Must hold valid 1G certifications 
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and load specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in outdoor environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with precast concrete fabrication or construction steel assembly.
Experience welding rebar cages, inserts, and heavy steel embeds.
Certification in MIG (GMAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux-Cored (FCAW) processes.
