is seeking a Foreman for Concrete Contractor in OH

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervises crew to meet project deadlines
Ensures quality of work
Determines materials required and labor hours
Creates purchase orders and mantains inventory of materials and tools
Maintain daily production logs and provides PM with documentation
Attends weekly meetings with General Contractor, Client & Project Management Team
Uses tools and operates equipment
Holds daily safety meetings and maintains jobsite OSHA safety standards
Takes topology shots
REQUIRED SKILLS

Thorough understanding of trades, materials, methods and tools
Identify usable vs. unusable soil
Reads blueprints/technical drawings
Clear understanding of earthwork, utility installation
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

6+ years experience
Valid Driver's License
CPR + First Aid (Will train if needed)
OSHA 30
PAY: $35/HOUR (NO PER-DIEM)
