This role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, field teams, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and equipment. You'll manage purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and internal coordination meetings, while supporting documentation like RFIs and work plans.
🛠 What You�ll Need:
2+ years in construction or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Detail-oriented with excellent editing/proofreading abilities
Collaborative mindset and leadership potential
