We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to lead construction projects across the country. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys managing diverse teams, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.


Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure milestones are met

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crews across multiple locations

• Maintain safety and quality standards at every stage of construction

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

• Organize people, tools, material to accomplish desired results

• Maintain a clean jobsite daily

• Maintain daily reports to record all significant events, conditions, weather, visitors

Qualifications

• Proven superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence

• Previous work with the Veterans Administration is recommended

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Travel per diem and lodging covered
