HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician – Key Responsibilities
Onsite at an industrial facility
Inspect HVAC systems for leaks and ensure proper sealing.
Replace air filters on a scheduled basis to maintain airflow and efficiency.
Check and replace belts on blower assemblies to prevent wear and tear.
Perform routine lubrication of moving parts as needed.
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
Maintain cleanliness of HVAC units and surrounding areas.
Document all maintenance activities and update service logs.
Follow safety protocols and comply with company standards.
