Seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or a related field. Must be able to interpret and accurately follow blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions for assembling electrical panels and components. Pay is $32-36/hr DOE, working 5/10s, $110 a day per diem. Project is located in Wisconsin, planning to start around 12/8.... Responsibilities:
-Lay out, drill, tap, and assemble components for pushbutton stations and control panels.

-Perform basic motor wiring, conduit work, and electrical terminations with consistent quality.

-Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area at all times.

-Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards.

-Provide occasional support with part identification, workstation cleanup, and continuous-improvement tasks.
