Traveling Construction Laborer

Job Description
- Prepares construction sites for installation of erosion control projects
- Digs, rakes, and prepares soil to prepare for application of concrete mats that are manufactured by Submar
- Loading and unloading material out of trucks
- Reads plans, follows instructions from superintendent

- Pay will be $19-$222/hr
- Per diem of $46
- They will be in a crew of a Superintendent, an Operator/Foreman, and 2-4 more Laborers

Ability to travel is an absolute must - the candidate will be gone for weeks/months at a time.

They work long hours during the week and can expect to work at least 60 hours, up to 80 hours.

The laborer will be bunked up in a hotel room with another laborer. As far as travel goes, they will either ride with an employee of the company to the jobsite or will fly the individual to the respective city and have them meet at the hotel/airport. They will work in the elements - rain or shine, heat or cold. Must be receptive to extreme temperatures.
