Auxiliary Operators (Coal)
APS Solutions is actively creating a pipeline of Auxiliary Operators with coal-fired power plant experience for multiple upcoming projects. We are seeking qualified candidates to be considered for future assignments at coal generation facilities across the region.

Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations of coal-fired power plant systems and equipment
• Perform routine inspections, monitoring, and adjustments to maintain safe, efficient operations
• Assist with start-up, shutdown, and fuel-handling procedures
• Identify and report abnormal conditions, equipment issues, or maintenance needs
• Follow all site safety policies, environmental standards, and operational guidelines
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Auxiliary Operator in a coal-fired power plant (required)
• Strong understanding of boiler operations, fuel systems, and plant process equipment
• Ability to read and interpret operational logs and technical documentation
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability
• Willingness to travel for project opportunities
