United Trades of America is seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers for multi-level hotel construction projects in Muncie, Indiana. We welcome travelers and offer $12 per hour worked in per diem. Candidates must be fully qualified, safety-focused, and ready to perform high-quality work on active commercial construction sites.

Position: Commercial Plumber
Location: Muncie, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $35 per hour, depending on experience
Per Diem: $12 per hour worked (for travelers)

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and test commercial plumbing systems on multi-level hotel projects

Perform rough-in and finish plumbing, including piping, fixtures, valves, hangers, and supports

Install complex water supply, drainage, and vent systems

Coordinate plumbing layout for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and mechanical rooms

Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

Operate aerial lifts and scaffolding safely at elevated heights

Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, preferably on multi-level hotel or hospitality projects

Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and plans

Proficient in installing water, drainage, and vent systems for multi-story buildings

Skilled with commercial plumbing fixtures, valves, piping materials, and supports

Aerial/Lift Certification or willingness to obtain

Must have personal hand tools and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adherence to safety protocols

Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work on elevated levels

Preferred (Not Required)

OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification

Experience with plumbing systems in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, and mechanical rooms

Previous work on hotel or multi-story commercial hospitality projects
