Freelance Commercial Plumbing Estimator – United Trades of America

United Trades of America is seeking a freelance Commercial Plumbing Estimator on behalf of one of our contractors. This contractor is a small but rapidly growing plumbing business experiencing increased project volume and needs skilled estimating support on an as-needed, per-project basis. Turnaround requirements vary from 24–72 hours, depending on project size.

What We’re Looking For:

Detailed material takeoffs

Accurate labor hour estimates

Complete commercial plumbing bid breakdowns

Ability to work on a per-project, as-needed basis

Reliable communication and consistent turnaround

Software:
Please indicate which estimating or bidding software you currently use (e.g., Trimble/Accubid, FastPIPE, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).

Compensation:
Paid per project.

Initial Project Test:
To ensure a good fit, you will start by estimating a project the contractor has already been awarded and previously estimated in-house. Your estimate will be compared for accuracy and alignment.
