Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and career-minded Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Los Angeles County. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HVAC services primarily in commercial settings.

Responsibilities
* Inspect and perform HVAC equipment repairs and replacements.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance.
* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC.
* Valid Driver's License.
* EPA Universal Certification.
* Ability to handle physical workload.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Nate / School Certification.
* Experience with VRF, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers is a plus.

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in commercial settings within Los Angeles County, with potential travel to nearby regions. The position requires starting shifts between 5-8 am, with 8-hour shifts and overtime as needed. On-call duties are required for one week every 2-3 months. The work environment requires adherence to safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $124800.00/yr.
